Go to the World Cup as a guest of the England team. English footballer David Beckham hopes to return in the pitch the next September following the rupture of the Achilles tendon he suffered last March, which will prevent you from playing the World Cup.

Asked about his comeback in an interview to the BBC, Beckham replied: "possibly in September. I said a couple of weeks ago that it would be in November, but just as things are going ... I'm sure there will be steps backward, but if he keeps doing well I hope to be back in early September. "
"There is still a long way. It is time before I can even run again. It will take time. It's an injury that needs to heal and make sure it is well before rush things, but so far is going well" he said.
Beckham's injury (34 years), during a match with Milan (team in which he played on loan from Los Angeles Galaxy), ended his hopes of becoming the first English player to play in four World Cups.
However, the England manager Italian Fabio Capello, Beckham has been invited to join the English concentration in South Africa during the competition.
"I always said I'd love to be involved, but it is something that is entirely the coach and his technical team because that is what is best for the team, "said the player.
"I have spoken with the coach and with (Capello's assistant) Franco Baldini and they feel they have me there would be a positive thing for the team from the point of view of motivation."
"We have not yet sat down to talk about details and what my role, but I love to be there with the team. I will do what the coach wants," he said Beckham.
Recalling the moment the injury, said: "My first thought was the World Cup. I knew immediately what I had done and how bad it would be, but this is the sport: It can happen to anyone at any time."
"Now I look back and think: I should have demanded so much in the last two years", but would not change anything, "he said.
On England's chances of winning the World Cup 44 years after his only win, Beckham was cautious, but recalled that the team is winning 9 of the 10 qualifying matches.
"I think there's potential. Classifying them as we did, no one can say that we do not have a chance of success," he said.
But "there is still much hard work to do. We know we have the conditions and the team is good, and that's the most important," he said.
