Beckham trained with London club after Redknapp failed attempt to hire a loan, but the driver of the Spurs said that he will try again, although by then the player will have 36 years.
"I love how he plays," he said.
After failing in his attempt to play on loan in Europe for the third consecutive year, Beckham returns to the U.S. for the next MLS season.
Redknapp said the flyer showed in practice that can compete in the Premier League, who left in 2003 when he left Manchester United to join Real Madrid.
"David has been fantastic," he said. "It is very kind. I love to have him at the club. He works morning and afternoon in the gym."
Tottenham are fifth in the Premier League after beating Blackburn 1-0 on Wednesday with goals from Peter Crouch.
Redknapp believes his team would score more goals if he had the support of his passes Beckham and his free throws.
Beckham expected to play in the Premier League would improve their chances of returning to the England squad for which he played 115 games.
The Galaxy has been reluctant to let him go to Europe for the third consecutive off-season after injuring his Achilles tendon in Milan last year and was sidelined for six months.
